I came in this morning and found the 110C postbake at 180C. I think I know who did this, but I would like to suggest that anyone who cranks up the temperature should, at the very least, tape a note to the oven door indicating that the temperature is set higher. Ideally, the person should also set the temperature back down to 110C when finished. Nabeel
