Hello all,

The track 2 has been damaged (chuck and the wafer transfer)  and I just
want to let every one to know this is very disappointing. When the track
is up and ready to use, I will send an email and will let the community
know about the availability of the equipment till then damaging a brand
new piece of a equipment will not benefit any one.
