Clean off SnO2

[Wei Shi]

Dear members,
 
I have 13 um thick Sn layer covered with natural SnO2 on top.   I want to:
(1).   Clean off SnO2
(2).   Cut 13 um Sn into 5 um Sn, if possible.
 
Do you have any solutions towards them?
