Labmembers, I am interested in depositing a Zinc - Gold contact on P-type GaAs. Zinc has a very low vapor pressure and so needs a dedicated system which is why we can't do this at SNF. Do any of you know of any companies or places where I might be able to deposit Zinc (or a Gold-Zinc alloy?). Thanks, -Mike
