Shadow mask manufacturer

Dear Colleagues-

I was wondering if any one out there knows of a shadow mask 
manufacturer that is reliable and has a relatively quick turn around 
time.  My desired minimum feature sizes are >5um and are fairly 
simple structures.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
