Acid waste neutralizer is down

Fab and CISX lab wetbench users,

The acid (and base) waste neutralizer system for both SNF and CISX 
suffered a major failure early this morning and is not working. The 
faulty caustic pump is being replaced and neutralizer chemicals being 
refilled. Noon today is the earliest time estimate for resuming normal 
operation. I will send out an announcement and post the entry door when 
the system is up.
