Si 110 wafers

Hello Everyone,

	I am in search of Si 110 wafers or pieces. Does anyone have some
pieces of Si (110) lying around that you can spare or do not need. I am also
interested in vendors who could sell me Si 110 wafers in a small quantity
(~5) as opposed to a whole box.
