Dear Lab members, I have the following question. Any of your input/advise will be much appreciaited. I need to connect the contact pads of my device to an external waveguide structure using wire bonding. Is there a facility to wire bond here at SNF? If not what do people usually do if they need to wire bond? Thanks, Venkatesh
