Small samples carriers

Hello,

I am looking for a teflon or similar acid resistant
material sample carrier for small substrates. I found
a company Entegris but the smallest quantity they sell
is 100 pieces of each. Please let me know if you know
about a vendor that sells sample carriers in smaller
quantities. My substrate range from 10mm to 40mm and
are square.
