"Clean" discussion today, 3 pm

Hi everyone --

We've been lucky to persuade Baylor Triplett, former Intel Fellow and 
consulting faculty member, to give us a presentation about cleans, their 
history and how they are used in our lab.  This will be at 3 pm today, 
in CIS201.  (Apologies for the late notice -- this was intended to be a 
small working group, but given the importance of cleans to our lab, it 
was decided to open this up.)  Everyone is welcome to attend.
