Hello all, The humidity has been on the high side since Tuesday in the litho area. This morning readings were at 49%; I notified the facility. Right now the reading is at 51%. If you are doing any critical work, you need to run a test wafer or delay it. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. mahnaz
