MicroResist Presentation: Nanoimprint Resists and Ormocers, 2/23/07

Greetings labmembers:

Apologies for the late notice...  Marko Vogler, from MicroResist, will 
be presenting information about new polymers for nanoimprinting (UV and 
thermal) and functional hybrid polymers for micro-optics (Ormocers.)  
The presentation will be Friday, 2/23/07, at 10 am in CIS 201.  Dr. 
Vogler will be available afterwards for questions and discussion.
