Reminder: ASML/Benchmark Litho Workshop, Thursday, 5/24/07, 1 pm

Hi everyone!

Just a reminder of the Litho Workshop to be held Thursday, 5/24, 
starting at 1 pm, in the CISX Auditorium.  There will be refreshments 
and door prizes (cool ones!  electronic accessories and books), not to 
mention a great intro to advanced litho methods and the new ASML program 
at SNF.
