Empty SMD and/or SOIC packages

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for empty SMD or SOIC packages with glass covers to house 
some bare-die photodetectors.  Does anyone know of a vendor where I can 
get these?  (A contact for a person/company who can do the packaging for 
me would be helpful as well!)
