Just a reminder of the Process Grand Rounds Friday, 11:30 am in CIS 
101.  On the agenda:

- Meredith Lee, asking for inputs about her proposed process flow for an 
integrated biophotonic/microfluidic device.
- Brainstorming session on the handling problems the ASML seems to have 
with Epi/Epi2-processed wafers.

Pizza will be provided.
