Shadow Mask

Dear Jung-Yong,
I've been working with a company in San Jose called Directed Light.  They're
lasercutting a few masks for me out of .005" Kapton film.  I believe their
spot size is between 10 and 25 microns-- I need to do more measures on my
devices to verify.
