Differential probes for tektronics oscilloscope

Dear labmembers,
 
 Does anyone have differential probes for tektronics oscilloscope that I can
borrow for a few days? I would like to test it before purchasing it.
 
 Any of P6246, P6247, and P6248 should work for my TDS3014B oscilloscope.
