SU-8 - Solubility

Hi,

I would like to use SU-8 coating for passivating my device. Once cured, the
passivation should withstand acetonitrile medium.  I am concerned since
solvent based developers are used to develop SU-8.  Does anyone know if SU-8
dissolves in acetonitrile after curing?  Thanks in advance for your
feedback.
