Discrete FETs for amplifier circuit

Greetings,

 

We are looking for 3 discrete FETs to build a simple low frequency amplifier
that would operate at  low temperatures (77K), ideally GaAs HEMTs. Does
anyone  know how we can get a few of these, or if there is lab that we can
barrow from?
