Thin Film Transistors

Dear SNF members,
I am interested in fabricating a switch matrix using TFTs on glass
substrate.  I was wondering if anybody knows of any foundry that might be
able to help me with this.  It would be ideal, if there was something
equivalent to a TSMC or MOSIS shuttle run but with TFTs instead.  If anybody
has any ideas or tips I'd be very grateful.
