Microfluidic fab experience with FOTURAN - photosensitive glass by Schott

SNF members,

 

Does anyone have experience using FOTURAN glass by Schott for microfluidic
fabrication? A phase change after UV exposure and baking modifies the HF
etch rate by ~10x to enable self masking.
