Missing METAL CL mask

Dear labmembers,

Does anyone used METAL CL mask recently?

I have been using METAL CL mask which Masaharu have made before for
gate metal first lift-off process of transister fabrication and I
cannot find it anymore in F1 Nishi group bin (the one in front of
karlsuss).

I need this mask asap for my coming report so any information is
greatly appreciated.
