Anyone have patterned Si like this?

Hi,

Thanks for all your help regarding the NaCl substrate question last time!
 I have another request -- does anyone have patterned silicon with ~100nm
deep pits and ~50nm wide grooves like the attached image?  It is meant to
be use as a stamp and can be returned to you after use.
