Hi labmembers, What are some good vendors from where can I purchase offcut sapphire wafers? Specifically, I'm looking for 2-inch one side polished c-plane wafers that are offcut about 0.3-0.4 degrees in either the a-plane or m-plane directions. Any leads would be appreciated!
