Shutdown lampoly SNF 2006-02-02 15:10:10: RF Error

lower power will not tuned to lower power less than 45 watts. 
checked the original generator that went bad, it was set for hi/lo
frequency. i calibrated the generator to tuned at 40watts, the
lowest reflective i can get is 5 watts.
