Comment lampoly SNF 2010-07-07 16:38:35: Stuck wafer

Alvin reported a stuck wafer in lampoly.  The associated error was a problem with the flatfinder.  The dummy wafer used looks normal.  Wafer-cleanout was used to remove the stuck wafers.  Alvin is trying some more dummies again.  Please be aware of this as it may happen again.  If so, please report and shutdown if necessary.
