There is a corrupted system file on the hard drive.  The floppy drive has been replaced, but there are compatibility issues with the control interface card for this system.  LAM does not support this controller any more.We are working on acquiring the documentation from LAM and trying to obtain the appropriate spares.  There is no current ETA.
