Lampolu Users,

As you know, we have been experiencing a problem with the entrance load
lock door hanging up. Replacement parts are on order. In the mean time if
you experience this problem do the following:

1. Wait 5 minutes to see if the problem clears by itself. THis happens
about a third of the time. If it does clear, continue with your run.

2. If it has not cleared within 5 minutes, start looking for a staff
person. So far I have shown Nancy, Mario and Mike Martinez how to clear
this problem. I will try to show more staff members as time goes on. I
have also shown Aaron Partridge , the reset procedure.

3. If you can not get anyone to help, write up your difficulty as a
problem. Normally, it should be written up as a shutdown except that
this case often clears itself.
