I was just told by Ray that a bottle will not be in until Feb 15th. This basicly shuts down the Lam and chamber c on the P5000. Sorry for the bad news. Our gas suppliers have promised delivery for this Friday 2/16. If you are running any processes that use Cl2 - watch the flows carefully during processing - if you get a flow error using the Cl2, stop processing. New gas cylinders will be installed as soon as possible.
