LAMpoly users -
	The machine is shutdown because a waterpump in
the chiller for the electrode has failed.  LAM no longer
supplies these parts, so we are trying to locate them now.

	Since the machine is down, we are going to take this
opportunity to send the LoadLock pump for warranty repair,
as it is leaking oil, and it was just recently rebuilt.

	The water pump repair parts are scheduled to
arrive this Friday 10/25, and the LoadLock pump should
be back from Warranty repair about Monday 10/28.  This 
would indicate that the machine should be back in-service 
early next week.
