Hi, so that we can plan our work, would it be possible to get an
estimate of when the likely up time is for HBr?  The Lam etcher is
looming large on our horizon.  Thanks very much.

The HBr panel has past primary leak test today and is now in a 24 hour 
leak check that will finish around 2:00pm tomorrow. I expect it to be 
back on-line short afterwards.
