Good morning All....

    Here is the Litho morning status report.

SVG Coat 2- User reports that reciever does not go down. Will check out 
on morning rounds

EVG Bonder- Flag puller issue on 2 different bond chucks. Will test out

Mystery water leak in Ebeam room- Close monitoring in  the area at 
9:00AM until water appears. Hopefully.
                                                               the leak 
can be identified and corrective action taken.

Karl Suss #2- Scheduled lamp change

   Please check back in Coral for latest tool updates and current tool
