Good morning All....

    Here is the morning Litho status report.

SVG Coat 1- 220-3 3 and 4 micron process released.
                        220-7 7.0 micron released for non-critical work 
or for coverage/protection
                        220-7 10 and 15 micron still needs work. Can be 
used for coverage. Test before committing your wafers

SVG Coat 2- 3612 process, intermittent defect(speed boat) . Still 
working on it but can be used with caution.

     Please check back in Coral for latest tool updates and current 
equipment status.
