   Here is the morning Litho status report.

Headway Spinner- Spindle vacuum problem and not spinning. Will check and 
repair during morning rounds

Karl Suss Coater- New power supply for developer computer installed. 
System and developer booting OK.
                                 System needs testing.

    Please check back in Coral for latest tool updates and current 
equipment status.
