Someone filled up an acetone bottle with some other solvent having a much lower evaporation rate and much higher viscosity.
This is not only dangerous but could ruin someone's work.    Please be careful filling bottles!

I already refilled the bottles with the right chemical, 
Acetone ( red cap ) 
Isopropyl ( yellow cap ) 
Methanol ( green cap )
