i go to use the solvent bench in litho and find

1) both solvent carts each with chemical bottles sitting unattended
2) trash and foil sitting out in the bench
3) a glove sitting in a puddle of solvent in the basin
4) someone's timer and safety glasses

i don't think i'm the only lab user that finds this unacceptable.   
this is a shared facility, by leaving the bench in poor condition you  
are wasting the time of the next user.

wandering around the fab looking for carts is a waste of my time.
cleaning up someone else's crap is a waste of my time.
writing this email is a waste of my time.
conscientious users are wasting their time reading this.
