Before any  processing, when trying to home the cassette there is a  "Trasport Error: Indexing receiver". Trying to move the cassette up and down gives "mount cassette" even thought the cassette is mounted. Screen freezes in this state.

Rebooted system and ran 10 wafers with no problems
