Matrix users,

The matrix is now up and ready for use.

The matrix vacuum pump died a few weeks ago and sent in for rebuild on
the next day. The rotor (major internal piece) was bad and a new one was

ordered. Unfortunately the spare pump died and we were caught without a
spare (fomblin type) pump, hence the delay in our normal,
one-day-turn-around service. The newly rebuilt pump was received this
morning and has been installed by Ray and Mike D. Barbara Wacker was
kind enough to run test wafers.
