Matrix is Gold Contaminated

Matrix Users,

We have passed the Oct. 1 target in transferring the Semi-Clean ashing 
process to the Gasonics.  As of this morning, the Matrix has become part of 
the gold contaminated equipment set.  All rules and protocols related to 
processing on gold contaminated equipment now applies to the Matrix asher.
