Today I took out a target from the metalica.  I am not sure
what it is and whom it belong to.  Anyway, I put it in a plastic
bag labeled "Unknown" and dated the bag.   This bag should
be in the box where all the targets for the metalica is kept.

somthing wrong with the gate valve, it is too tight to close.

gate valve was opened to far and had jamed. In the future try not to open or close this valve to far. There was also some broken wafer in the chamber which may have cased the cryopump to dump by not allowing the valve to close completly.

I believe that the plasma not striking was due to a 
target installation problem.   The user did not state
which source wouldn't strike, but I suspect it was the 
front source.
