Problem metalica SNF 2005-02-16 19:52:33: Target Tester not Working + no Multimeter

The target tester isn't working, and there was no multimeter to manually test for shorts. I figured I'd take my chances and live with it. However, after the pumpdown I had an arcing error on target A. I would have saved a lot of time if I could have tested for this beforehand. I'd like to see the multimeter return.
