Problem metalica SNF 2005-06-15 00:48:18: water leakage at Target A chuck.

accidently loosened the screws at Target A chucj while removing the target. water leaked and immediately tightened the screws back. cleaned the chamber and pumped it down. please check with maintainence before using!
