First, Base Pressure was unusually high (1e-5 T) even after a long pumpdonw (pumpdown was about 4 hours due to lab shutdown). During a long deposition, I noticed arcing of the plasma. The deposited film was brown in color and the target was covered in a black film. Bias voltage was higher at the end of the deposition than at the beginning.
