Shutdown metalica SNF 2007-11-15 22:31:19: vacuum poor and source "A" shorting

After trying to clean up the water, the vacuum only gets
to the low 5's after 2 hours. 
There is also intermittent shorting of source "A". 
I'm not certain if there is still a small leak, or if the 
problem is still just trapped water.
