Tool was enabled, HV was enabled and the target status was OK. It's not the problem of plasma generation but the power supply didn't do anything. On the backs of both targets weren't completely flat any longer. They got too hot. On the front of one of the targets you could see the Alum had melted from its' standard shape, which is another indicator that the target got too hot. Replaced both Aluminum targets.
