Problem metalica SNF 2012-08-24 12:58:05: Pressure drop after Ar on

worked fine under 9e10-7 until turn on the Ar key, then the pressure dorped significantly to 10-2. Have to close ion guage and everything.Re-pumped again, but still failed at the same step.
