All Users,
To serve you better when requesting precious metal targets, please do it
in advance.

1) If requesting by e-mail, give us at least one day notice.
2) Make sure that Maurice Stevens and I are both receiving the e-mail,
in case one   of us is out of the office that day.
3) Phone calls aren't a good idea, for the same reason that we may not
be in the office that day.
4) If your needing precious metals frequently, it may be a good time to
purchase your own targets. This would eliminate any problems your having
getting depositions done.

Hi Folks,

There seems to be the reservation hysteria
developing on the metalica.  Let's not turn this
into the STSetch nightmare!  You don't need 8
hours to do a sputter run.  In fact you can
do a good run in about 2 hours.

As of this morning (Friday), it was down for
regen again. I did not see any activity during
the day.  Does anybody has any information
when regen could be completed? Some
of us would like to use it over the weekend and
it would be a waste to make a trip and find out
regen was not completed.

Thanks to Eric, regen was complete this afternoon and I just did a run.
Everything seems ok and ready to go. I couldn't measure the thickness with
Dektak, though, since I had a very thin layer deposition.

P.S. Just so you know, there was no Moly target left in the box.
