Our thin Cr/Au films lifted off, as it happened during metalica's another "leaky" time. I recommend you check your films for any problems, and share information. Message-ID: <42DFF40B.E37669F9@snf.stanford.edu> We are currently testing Metalica and we believe we've found the problem. Unfortunately the fix is still being evaluated. We haven't pin pointed the start of the problem. It looks like the Argon pressure regulator was changed without our knowledge. We'll keep you informed. Message-ID: <200507262345.j6QNjldG007247@saga16.Stanford.EDU> Hi All, Does anyone have an unused slot in a Cu deposition sometime this week? We have just one wafer that needs Cu. We're not picky about the thickness. Many thanks if we can piggyback on your run! John
