I have been using successfully innotec but I would prefer using metallica if possible to ease the load on innotec. It is genrally known that metal lift off is though when the metal is deposited using a sputtering system such as metallica. Does anyone have experience with a process of metallica + lift off? If so, is it good? Over what range of resolution and film thickness is it satisfactory?
