Hi,
Today I took out a fairly new Aluminum target that appeared to have 
gotten over heated. The top of the target showed signs of melting. 
The bottom of the target had pits. So if a target is arcing do not 
keep depositing. Try reducing the power to where it stops arcing or 
just don't keep depositing.
Today I had Ti at 75 watts on source gun A, but it was slightly 
arcing. I reduce the power to 72 watts and no arcing.

I have made a comment in Metalica log book and coral.
